Simply read the Kapparot text here and then complete the donation form below.
When reciting the text, use the words Money / Kesef and Tzedakah in place of hen or rooster.

A Note About Traditional Kapparot
Ideally, Kapparot is performed with a chicken, which is then donated to Tzedakah. Many Jewish neighborhoods in South Florida offer Kapparot with live chickens during the days leading up to Yom Kippur.
